Yes, in two ways: for the eight services sold online, the price is fixed and shown in the cart before checkout. For the two scoped services, request a quote and we confirm a fixed price before work starts.

Yes, built into the Translation Credit bundle pricing — the 2,500/5,000/10,000-word bundles cost less per word than the 1,000-word rate. See the Pricing page.

Our certified translations are produced by translators sworn in before a German court and carry the certification statement, seal and signature German public authorities, courts, registry offices and universities expect. If an authority has specific requirements beyond the standard format, tell us before you order and we will confirm we can match them.

A sworn (beeidigter/ermächtigter) translator has taken an oath before a German court authorising them to certify translations. That status is what gives a certified translation its standing with German authorities — it is a legal authorisation, not a marketing term.

Birth, marriage and death certificates, academic diplomas and transcripts, court judgments, extracts from company registers, and any document submitted to a German authority, court or university that requires an official-standard translation.

A signed, sealed PDF is standard and accepted by most authorities. A physically sealed hard copy is available by post for authorities that require it — you can order both.

Yes — as a separate product, Apostille & Legalisation Handling, for documents that need to be recognised outside Germany.

Typical turnaround is stated on every service and product page — for example, 2–3 business days for a standard certified document, or 3–5 business days per 1,000 words for business/legal/medical/technical translation.

Express 24h is available on certified translation (+€39.00). An Express option (+30%) is available on Translation Credit and proofreading orders.

For orders placed in the cart, you'll get a reference and an 'email your documents' button after checkout. For quote requests, the same applies after we confirm your quote.

Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. In short: order and invoice records are kept as long as German law requires; source documents and working files are retained only as long as needed to deliver the order and handle any revision request, then deleted.

Card details are never stored or transmitted by this site — the payment step runs in test mode by default. Where a real payment method is enabled, it is handled by a dedicated payment provider.
